Foundations for Living provides specialized and individualized treatment services for victims of Human Trafficking and the complex trauma that can result.

Trauma-focused Treatment
Our Passages program for trauma-focused treatment helps adolescents who are struggling with past trauma, psychiatric disorders or self-injurious behavior.

Treatment for Pregnant Youth
Our program for pregnant adolescents provides treatment and hope for pregnant youth struggling with mental health and/or substance-related disorders.

Foundations for Living offers a number of treatment services for youth ages 10 through 17.

Education
Students attend school year-round at our on-site, state-funded middle and high school. Additionally, Foundations for Living features a library on campus.

Situated on 14 rolling, wooded acres in Mansfield, Ohio, Foundations for Living is a secure, residential treatment center for youth ages 10-17, with a minimum IQ of 65. Our 84-bed center is accredited by CARF and licensed to provide mental health and substance abuse/dependence treatment.
